As Director of Special Events, Tracey provides strategy, vision, leadership and execution of strategic event and fundraising management in support of JAF’s mission. She manages large scale special events and high-level corporate and individual sponsors and volunteers, ensuring maximum impact and financial success for the Foundation.
Tracey has been in development work for almost 25 years and is passionate about the organizations that she has been involved in. Originally from Charlotte, NC and a graduate of the University of Georgia, Tracey is a southerner at heart, but has truly settled into New England life and the incredible seasons since moving here in 2000. Tracey joined the Joe Andruzzi Foundation in May 2018.

What drives you each day at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
I look forward to coming to work every day knowing that we are changing lives of families going through cancer, and that we have an amazing impact throughout New England. As a cancer survivor myself, I have been through it all, and I feel blessed that I can now bring my expertise to this incredible Foundation. My drive come from the families we serve, my JAF teammates, and my inner-self as a fighter!
What is your favorite thing about working for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
People say to me all the time that fundraising must be so difficult, and my response is that it’s the easiest job in the world when you feel passionate about the mission. It also helps that I love building strong, meaningful relationships with our constituents. I love talking with people, hearing their stories and learning what motivates them to invest in JAF.
What’s a “fun fact” about yourself that others may be surprised to learn?
I love to do home improvement projects. Anything from tile work, to painting, to drywall, you name it. And, of course, that means I am an HGTV junky! I have two amazing girls, 14 and 17, who are the love of my life. I am also finally getting back into running and triathlons and it feels good to be back!
