The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is proud to be an official Partner of John Hancock in the Marathon Non-Profit Program. The Non-Profit Program provides over 1,000 Boston Marathon bibs to select non-profit organizations throughout the community. The John Hancock Marathon Non-Profit Program provides organizations with a significant fundraising opportunity and JAF is so grateful to once again be one of their chosen charities.
JAF is excited to announce that we will have 21 athletes participating in the 126th Boston Marathon®! This year’s team is comprised of first-time runners, experienced marathoners, and individuals touched by cancer who are dedicated to fundraise for and represent JAF while participating in an elite road race.
All funds raised by our Team JAF athletes will directly support the Foundation’s mission of providing help, hope, and a reason to smile for cancer patients and their families. Team JAF athletes play a critical role in raising funds and creating awareness for JAF to address the hidden cost of cancer that is impacting families across New England.
We encourage you to click the links below to learn about our 2022 athletes and support their fundraising efforts!
Although the Foundation has filled all allotted charity bibs, qualified and invitational runners (already in possession of a 2021 bib) are still encouraged to join. Qualified and Invitational runners must establish a $2,000 fundraising commitment. If interested, contact Gillian (contact information below).
