As we bid farewell to July, we find ourselves at an inspiring midway point of the year—a perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible impact we’ve made together.
At the Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF), every support service we provide represents much more than a mere statistic; it embodies the journey of families bravely facing the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis, along with the financial burdens that often accompany it. Thanks to the unwavering generosity and dedication of our amazing community of donors, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters, we are proud to provide essential assistance and reassure these families that they are not alone in their fight.
In the first half of 2026, we have had the privilege of supporting households across New England by meeting the support needs of over 1,930 patients and family members, awarding over $637,000 in assistance.
These numbers tell a powerful story, but behind each one lies a person, a family, and a pivotal moment where compassionate support made all the difference.
You’ll notice that this edition of Hope & Highlights is more concise, as our team is focusing on rolling out new communication pathways in the coming months to keep our mission and collective impact at the forefront.
As we look ahead to the remainder of 2026, we are filled with gratitude for what we have accomplished together and are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.
