Golf Fights Cancer Golf Marathon

Participate in the 2024 Golf Fights Cancer Golf Marathon as a member of Team JAF!

The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is honored to be an official charity of Golf Fights Cancer’s (GFC) Golf Marathon and a five-time recipient/partner of their generosity to support our mission – helping New England cancer patients. JAF is excited to announce that it will participate in the 2024 Golf Fights Cancer Golf Marathon, and we are currently recruiting golfers – of all abilities! –  to participate in either the in-person or virtual event as a member of Team JAF.

The GFC Golf Marathon is an incredible event organized and paid for by Golf Fights Cancer allowing partnering cancer-based charities an opportunity to raise thousands of dollars through a fun and unique golf event. 100% of the monies raised by Team JAF golfers goes directly to our mission!

Golfers who sign up as members of Team JAF commit to playing 100 holes of golf (or more) in a single day and raise crucial funds to directly support JAF’s mission of providing help, hope, and a reason to smile for New England cancer patients and their families.

Intimidated by the thought of 100 holes of golf? Reach out and we have some tip and tricks that will ease your mind. We think when you hear all the details, you’ll be packing up your sticks at ready to play! 🙂

Event Details:

Date: June 6 & 7, 2024 (golfer chooses one date to play – Friday fills up quickly)

Timeline:

6:30 AM – Registration and Breakfast

7:15 AM – Shotgun Start: Play approximately 50 holes before lunch

11:30 AM – Lunch Speaking Program

12:30 PM – Golf Resumes: Complete approximately 50 remaining holes.

5:00 PM – Golf concludes

Location: Juniper Hill Golf Course Northborough, MA

Virtual participants – you choose your location

By applying to Team JAF you commit to the following:

• $3,000 per individual participant
• $1,500 per junior participant (25-years-old and under)
• $1,000 per virtual participant
• If registering as a team, the team’s fundraising goal is $3,000 times the number of team members

All Team JAF athletes – will receive the following:

• Personalized fundraising page, along with fundraising support and guidance.
• Opportunity to win fundraising incentives
• Team JAF golf shirt to wear the day of the event
