Dan Gill

Dan currently serves on the Joe Andruzzi Foundation's Board of Directors, providing support and mentorship to the Foundation's operational team and assisting with driving corporate relationships and general fundraising. Dan is also a member of JAF's Development Committee and Life Sciences Sub Committee.

Dan serves as President of ROI Communications, leading day-to-day operational leadership, sales, marketing and client success.

What drove you to become a supporter of the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?

My family has been touched by cancer significantly, and we were quite fortunate to have the ability to weather those storms without financial toxicity. That realization, and the understanding that the particular need for people fighting cancer is really underserved by traditional cancer philanthropy, drove me to want to get involved. Working with JAF provides me with an opportunity to have a direct impact on people in need.

What is your favorite thing about being a JAF Board Member?

Interacting with the team and other board members and seeing their shared passion for the cause.

List a “fun fact” about yourself that others may be surprised to learn.

I met my wife at Wrigley Field on a Sunday and Ozzy Osbourne sang “Take Me Out to the Ballgame”.
