Dan Landers

Daniel Landers is President & Chief Executive Officer of A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies and a proud board member of the Joe Andruzzi Foundation.

Previously, Dan served as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for A.I.M. Mutual, overseeing workers’ compensation insurance operations, agency management, and strategic planning. He was elected President & CEO in May 2022.

Dan’s extensive background in workers’ compensation includes senior management roles responsible for underwriting, marketing, sales, claims, injury prevention, and worksite wellness. Since joining A.I.M. Mutual in 2002, he has held positions as Regional Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Field Operations. He was appointed Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2019 and elected Vice President & Chief Operating Officer two years later.

His career in workers’ compensation began in 1990 as a Loss Control Representative with The Hartford Insurance Company. He later joined EBI Companies in 1993, managing their northern New England branch operation.

Dan holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
