As Director of Development, Danielle leads JAF’s talented team of professionals in raising funds for cancer patients and their families. She focuses on events and programming that offer businesses and individuals exceptional opportunities to partner with JAF and make a profound difference in so many lives affected by cancer.
Danielle has spent her career helping organizations raise awareness, increase fundraising, and improve donor engagement, enjoying the missions and energy nonprofits offer. A New Jersey native with a degree in Communications, Danielle has both agency and corporate experience in serving educational nonprofits, political campaigns, economic development programs, tourism, and entertainment. She resides in Mansfield with her husband, Bill, and their two sons.

What drives you each day at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
JAF’s mission to help patients and their families at a time when they are most vulnerable. Knowing that the work we do every day helps to provide financial relief and peace of mind is incredibly fulfilling.
What is your favorite thing about working for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
In addition to the positive impact JAF has on patients, I would have to say the people. I’m so impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm. Everywhere you turn, staff, volunteers, partners, are all working with great purpose and joy. They are the heart of JAF.
What’s a “fun fact” about yourself that others may be surprised to learn?
I studied musical theater in college and, at the age of 10, I played the lead role in “Annie” in a New Jersey theater troupe.
