Jeff LaValley

Jeff joined the Joe Andruzzi Foundation in October 2024 and now serves as Senior Annual Giving Manager, where he focuses on transforming the way individual donors engage with JAF’s mission. Building on a strong and loyal donor community, Jeff brings creativity, energy, and more than 30 years of experience in relationship-building, storytelling, and fundraising to grow and strengthen annual support for New England cancer patients.

A natural ambassador for the mission, Jeff works across all aspects of JAF’s fundraising strategy—from collaborating with the President and CEO to stewarding donors at signature events—ensuring supporters clearly see the impact of their generosity and feel inspired to deepen their involvement.

His professional background spans higher education, healthcare, housing, and human service organizations.

Fun fact: Jeff is a former Walt Disney World cast member, a proud uncle of five, and a devoted fan of cooking competition shows like MasterChef, Hell’s Kitchen, and Top Chef.
