Meinca Pinchinat

As the Programs Coordinator for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation, Meinca assists with grant applications, connects with healthcare partners, and provides essential coordination across all JAF programs, ensuring patients and social workers have access to the impact of the Foundation's support.

Before joining the Foundation, Meinca worked in higher education as an admissions officer at University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College, helping to admit the newest class of first-year students and traveling across New England recruiting students. Meinca's connection to JAF's mission is a personal one, as her father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and their family subsequently faced many hardships and many difficult decisions due to the diagnosis. As of 2024, her father is cancer-free and as strong as ever, providing Meinca the inspiration to assist the Foundation's patient recipients, knowing first-hand how JAF's support will provide relief for families who are battling cancer.
