Senior Events Manager
As Senior Events Manager at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation, Michelle leads the strategic planning and execution of the organization’s signature annual events portfolio. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring people together in support of the Foundation’s mission while driving fundraising success.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Michelle built her career in the creative industry as a designer for in-house marketing teams, where she developed and nurtured brands across corporate and retail organizations. She later transitioned into sales enablement and event management, leading global sales trainings, meeting off-sites, and large-scale company-wide “give back” initiatives—experience that ultimately inspired her to pursue mission-driven work in the nonprofit sector.
