Molly Kate Donnelly

As Events Manager at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF), Molly brings the organization’s mission to life through impactful events and athletic fundraising initiatives.

She leads the planning and execution of mid- to small-scale events, including the Hop Over series, designing engaging experiences that inspire generosity and expand JAF’s presence across New England.

Molly manages volunteer coordination and auction development for signature events like the Golf Tournaments and Gala, curating dynamic auction packages that drive both excitement and revenue while fostering a strong, mission-driven volunteer community.

She also supports Team JAF athletes at athletic events such as the Boston Marathon, Falmouth Road Race, and Golf Fights Cancer Golf Marathon, guiding participants through their fundraising journeys and strengthening their connection to JAF’s impact.

Outside of work, you can usually find her exploring new coffee shops, taking on creative DIY projects, and getting up to other shenanigans!
