As Vice President of Development at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation, Nicole leads all fundraising and development activities and serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions throughout the organization.
Previously, Nicole served as the Chief Advancement Officer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England (RMHCNE), where, in partnership with the CEO, she was responsible for all fundraising and development activities along with all chapter-wide marketing, communications, and public relations strategies.
Nicole was born and raised in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, where she currently lives with her husband and three daughters. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in ECE/HDFS and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Seeing first-hand the impact cancer has on families and how JAF is driven to help provide financial support to families stricken with this diagnosis.
What is your favorite thing about working for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
The staff is amazingly cohesive and supportive of one another and the families JAF serves.
What’s a “fun fact” about yourself that others may be surprised to learn?
I was a Skipper on Walt Disney World’s attraction, "The Jungle Cruise" through the Disney College Program . Yep…I uttered every corny joke in the book. AND I recently started playing the Ukulele. (I play a mad Hot-Cross Buns)
