As Program Manager, Shannon (née Mowles) Gallanty manages JAF’s Financial Assistance Program and is the main point of contact for the healthcare professionals the Foundation works with throughout New England.
Shannon graduated from Syracuse University in 2015. Prior to working for JAF she interned with Syracuse Athletic Communications and several New England based non-profits. Shannon joined the Joe Andruzzi Foundation in September 2015.

What drives you each day at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
Knowing that every aspect of my job, no matter how big or small, ultimately will make a difference because the grants we distribute will have a direct and immediate impact for New England cancer patients and families.
What is your favorite thing about working for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation?
Everyone at JAF works together to support our co-workers and JAF’s mission. It’s also incredibly inspiring getting to meet JAF recipients and hearing the difference the Foundation has made in their lives.
What’s a “fun fact” about yourself that others may be surprised to learn?
I have read the entire Harry Potter series 20+ times.
